The 5th Annual CIO Forum & e.forum Financial Services - 2002
May 6-9, 2002
On board Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2)
New York City

The primary function of The 5th Annual CIO Forum & e.forum Financial Services - 2002 is to put senior level buyers and sellers from leading financial institutions together in a focused and contained environment on board QE2. For 2 ½ days, 350 delegates and 225 sponsor executives will confront strategic challenges, find solutions through networking and conducting 1:1 business meetings to drive business forward.

The Delegate Audience:
Comprised of more than 350 CIOs and senior IT/e-business executives from some of the largest US and Canadian banks, investment/brokerage firms, and insurance firms, the delegate audience will boast an exclusive gathering.

Prospective delegates are identified by our own research, and by nomination from other participants. Delegates must meet specific selection criteria in order to qualify for invitation to the event. Invitations are personal and non-transferable meaning that once we have written confirmation of their attendance, you have a qualified and definitive list of potential customers.

The Sponsors:
There are approximately 125 sponsor places available to companies in the following industry sectors:
Consultancy & Services (sold out in 2001), e-business/e-commerce products & services, Hardware, Information Providers, Network/Communication Providers, Security, Software (sold out in 2001), Telecommunications/Wireless Providers.

The Forum offers a level playing field for all sponsor companies which means small to medium-sized vendors have the same access and opportunity to pre-schedule and meet face-to-face with our delegates as the larger, more established vendors.

There are no booths, stands or promotional elements that might give unfair advantage and each sponsor has equal access to the delegate audience both during the selection process and at the Forum.
