The Association of Internal Management Consultants (AIMC) is a small professional organization of internal consultants that focuses on processes and issues of concern to internal consultant professionals regardless of discipline or industry.

The Association has had an annual conference for over 30 years, and this year's conference will be held from May 6 through 8. This year's conference promises to be very exciting and thought-provoking with speakers and presentations that we feel certain will both stimulate a great deal of attendee discussion and provide valuable insights on some of today's corporate consulting-related challenges and opportunities.

Topics will include:

  • A Revolutionary Path to Success: Change in the basic dynamics of the internal and external relationship
  • Creating Value through Performance Management Measurement
  • Getting Ready to Get Ready for Change
  • Innovation Strategy and Business /IT Portfolio Management
  • Making the Most of Uncertainty
